About Meadow Trails
There are over 3 miles of trails for you to enjoy! The Meadow is generally safe for family outings, walks, and recreation of all ages, but it is a natural environment. As such, we request that you wear long pants, long sleeve shirts, hats, closed-toe shoes; stay on the mowed paths; bring water, insect spray, sunblock, and don't approach or bother any wildlife that you may see.
Poison ivy is fairly common on the property, especially near the creek bank and on the road between the parking lot and the bridge. If you stay on the paths (mowed and/or graveled) there shouldn't be any problem.
You are welcome to explore the meadow trails on your own! The meadow is open every day of the year from dawn until dusk. If you prefer a guided trail walk, we have Meet the Meadow walks led by volunteers and Master Naturalists once a month. Follow us on social media or click on the calendar link at the top of the website for more information.
