Artists in the Meadow 2024

On Saturday, May 25, 2024, artists from around DFW visited the Connemara Meadow Nature Preserve for the 3rd annual Artists in the Meadow event.   At this event, we invite artists of all types, amateurs to experts, to artfully capture the natural beauty of the Connemara Meadow.

Held in May every year on the Saturday before Memorial Day,  the event offers artists a chance to capture the beautiful springtime beauty of the Connemara Meadow.   Connemara volunteers provide transportation for artists and their supplies to various locations in the meadow.

The Connemara Meadow Nature Preserve is  a 72-acre natural oasis in the midst of sprawling suburban development where you, your family, friends or loved ones are invited to celebrate the wonders of nature and the freedom of open space.  Located on the border of Allen and Plano, Texas, the meadow preserve is free and open to the public daily from dawn until dusk.
